Hi family, I'm Jordan Thorpe, and this is Jordan's Journey channel where we are moving forward in life and in faith. If you're new here, welcome. If you're already subscribed to the family, welcome back. Thank you so much for tuning in. And today, family, I wanted to talk to you in regards to God is saying, assume your position. Assume your position. And many of you, God has you physically moving to a place. You're physically moving to a place to get in position. Your moving is a positioning. Your moving is a positioning. Wherever God is leading you to your next, your next move, you are getting into a position. And a position is a role. Okay. It's a role. This is a part of your assignment. This is a responsibility. We talked about how God is expanding your territory, increasing your resources because you are going to be in a position. A role. This is a job. Okay. You you're working for the kingdom of God. And so in my previous video entitled You Finally Switch Timelines. God has chosen you. I was talking about how the mantle has shifted, and you are going to start seeing the children of God rise up, the remnant rise up, and they're not going to look like the previous leaders that were in position. And many of you have have broken the cycle. Because it's hard to break cycles. It's hard to break generational curses because you are going down a path less traveled, and you're basically signing yourself up for warfare. And so you basically have to stay down until God releases you. And that is not always the easiest thing. But many of you, you have done it, you have suffered well, and you have broken the curses, the cycles through your obedience. Okay, through your obedience to what God is calling you to do. And so now you are entering into a whole new world. Things have shifted for you. Your life has shifted. And as God is moving you, He's also positioning you. This move is a position where you are going to have a role, a role. And many of you have called you as a watchman. Okay, as a watchman. And if you look up the definition of a watchman, it's someone who watches over, who looks out, who can see up high enough, who can see up high enough so that they can warn the people when danger is coming and sound the alarm. And so many of you, God is moving you so that you can be fully alert for your position, this new positioning that God has for you. It's going to be less distractions. It's going to be surrounded by the right people. You're going to be covered. You're going to be covered in this new position, in this new place. And so this is a more responsibility and this is a higher calling because it requires you to live a holy lifestyle. And many of you, your processing has been training you to live a holy lifestyle. Your processing has been training you to live holy. So you know what to do. Because as a watchman, it's going to require you to have a deeper prayer life. Okay, you're going to find yourself not only praying for yourself and your own needs and your own family, but your community, the nation, specific leaders. Okay. It's going to require you to speak up and speak out against things. Okay. You're not, you're not in this position to just go with the flow. But you're there to say, What thus says the Lord, and to implement his strategy and to implement the kingdom where God has placed you. Many of you have been trained to war. You have learned how to fight. The fight is not against flesh and blood, but of principalities in high places. And so this is not physical fighting. This is fighting in the spirit, warring in the spirit. And many of you have been trained to war, to you know how to do deliverance, you know how to command, you know, understand the power and the th and authority that you carry through the Holy Spirit. A watchman is often up at night in warfare and intercessory prayer, okay, at midnight. In the wee hours, okay, you're up and you're praying and you're you're intervening for people who are not walking in their power and authority. Okay, so a watchman is to alert, you're gonna be high enough where you can see danger, and you are to alert the people. However, God is choosing you to do that. And when you say high enough, that means that your mindset, you have the mind of Christ. You're not thinking of things of carnal, you're not worldly, you're not concerned of the things of the world, but you are concerned of the things of heaven, you are concerned of the things of God. Your heart aches for the things that aches God. You mourn for the things that God is mourning for because you are in relationship with God. And so because your mindset has changed and you have the mind of Christ, you mentally sit high enough where you know the difference from right and wrong. You know the difference between what is of God and what is not of God, and you are not easily deceived. No matter what is in front of you, no matter who is in front of you, you can understand the difference. And so when I say you sit high enough, that means you have been mentally transformed where you have the mind of Christ. You are on a different level because you have the mind of Christ, so you see things differently. You don't see things how the average person sees things. You have eyes to see and the ears and ears to hear. And in some of you, God has allowed you to see in the spirit. You can look at someone and see the spirit that is sitting on them. You can look at someone and see the spirit that has them in bondage that is weighing them down. And you can even do deliverance on them if if they are willing. So where God is moving you, this is not just a move into a new house, into a new place, into a new environment. This is a positioning. You are assuming your position. This is territory. God is placing you there to be a watchman for that community, for those people in that community. This is the people that are connected to your assignment, that are connected to the things that God is having you to implement in the land. And so I want to read some scripture. Let's go to Isaiah. Isaiah 21. And Isaiah was a prophet of God, and he's giving this message concerning Babylon to the people. He says he has this terrifying vision as he sees the betrayer betraying, the destroyer destroying. Go ahead, you Elmind Samaldis, starting at verse 2. Attack and lay siege, I will make it in. To all the groaning Babylon cause, my stomach aches and burns with pains. Sharp pangs of anguish are upon me, like those of a woman in labor. I grow faint when I hear what God is planning. I am too afraid to look, my mind reels and my heart races. I longed for evening to come, but now I'm terrified of the dark. So Babylon has been disobedient, and Isaiah has this terrifying vision of what God is doing. So he says, I grow faint when I hear what God is planning. I'm too afraid to look. So he's like, God is planning something terrifying. God is planning something terrifying for Babylon. So he's saying, They're eating and drinking while God is planning to destroy them, and he's letting them know you need to prepare for battle because you're being attacked. This is what Isaiah is saying to Babylon. But he says, Meanwhile, the Lord said to me, put a watchman on the city wall. Let him shout out what he sees. He should look for chariots drawn by pairs of horses and for riders on donkeys and camels. Let the watchman be fully alert. Then the watchman called out, day after day, I have stood on the watchtower, my lord. Night after night I have remained at my post. Now at last look, here comes a man in a chariot with a pair of horses. Then the watchman said, Babylon is fallen, fallen, all the idols of Babylon lie broken on the ground. O my people, threshed and winnowed, I have told you everything the Lord of heaven's armies has said, everything the God of Israel has told me. Isaiah is thinking that God is about to destroy Babylon. He's like, prepare, you're out eating and drinking, but you need to prepare for battle. But he's like, he's thinking God is going to do that. Meanwhile, he's like, God just sent a watchman. So instead of destroying the city, how Isaiah thought God was going to do to that city, he sent a watchman on the city wall. And so this is what Isaiah is telling the people that this is what God is saying. Meanwhile, the Lord said to me, Put a watchman on the city wall. Let him shout out what he sees. So many of you are moving to cities where he is positioning you to be a watchman. You might be moving to a place that's desolute. You might be moving to a place and you're like, God, if this is where you have me, this is where I'll go. You may not understand it, but he's like, I am sending you there to be a watchman. There's going to be some things in that city that need purified, that need cleaned up because I'm rebuilding in that land. And I'm sending you there because you are part of the rebuilding process. God says, I'm taking back territory. There's some things that the enemy has taken. And God says, I'm taking back territory and I'm marking it with my kingdom. So I'm sending you there as a watchman to be my mouthpiece and implement the strategies that I'm telling you to implement in the land. He says, Let him shout out what he sees. He should look for chariots drawn by pairs of horses. God is saying you should be speaking up against things that you see in that city that are not in alignment with the word of God, that are not in alignment with the kingdom of God. This is not a time for you to be quiet. This is not a time for you to turn the other cheek. This is not a time for you to just be sitting there. God said this is a time where you should be speaking out, speaking up. And he's also telling you what to look for. He said he should look for chariots drawn by pairs of horses and look for riders on donkeys and camels. Let the watchman be fully alert. So he's telling you what to look for. He's like, you need to be looking for things that look like trouble because your strategy, your assignment is going to be the solution to these problems in that city. The ideas, the visions that I have given you are going to be the solution to the problems in that city. God says when you go there, you're going to see the problems because I am giving you the eyes to see. Because the ideas and visions that I have been downloading to you is going to be the solution to these problems in that land, in that city. He says, let the watchman be fully alert. This is not a time for you to be slacking. You have been trained for this. You have been prepared for this. You understand how to live. You understand that you cannot have any open doors. You understand how to shut those doors. You understand how to rebuke. You understand what to look for in others that are not of God. You understand how you should live in your house. There are things many of you are in transitioning and going into new environments. And some of you may already be in your new environment. And God has given you instruction on how to live, about having a prayer room, about being on guard, praying in the midnight hours. What things you should be allowing in your house and what things you should not be allowing in your house. There's some things that you cannot take into this new environment. There's some habits that you cannot take into this new environment. God said, this is holy ground. You have to be fully alert for the things that I'm calling you to do. Yes, you are going to have the resources to do it, but it is going to require a higher standard of living, and that's what I've been training you to do. Then the watchman called out, day after day, I have stood on the watchtower, my Lord. Night after night, I have remained at my post. Day after day I have stood on the watchtower. Many of you are assuming the position. You are getting in put up in the position, and this is not something you can just turn off and on. God is requiring you to be his eyes and ears in the earth. And the visions and the ideas that he has given you is your assignment to be implemented in the cities, in the communities that he's sending you to. And it says night after night, I have remained at my post. And it's interesting that it said night after night. It didn't say day after day, I remained at my post. It said night after night. So many of you understand that late in the midnight hours and the wee night hours, there are times where God is going to awaken you to start praying for things. And you're like, God, why am I awake at this time of the hour? And if God has awakened you, then you should go into prayer because that means He is He wants you to intercede. There is something that is happening in the spirit that if you could just wake up and intercede because you have the power and authority to shift and move move things in the spirit. As a watchman, you have a late night shift. That is part of your job. Waking up in the in the midnight hours, intervening and going to war. Okay? There's something about the midnight hours that that is time where when you go to war and when you pray, things move. Things move. Okay. And so that's part of your role. That's part of your job. That's part of your position. You have a late night shift. And so you gotta get up when God tells you to get up. God is saying assume your position. This is this you have to be on guard. When God awakes you up out of your sleep, it's time to get up and pray. It's not time to scroll. It's not time to go online shopping. It's time to go to war. This is spiritual warfare. He says, Here comes a man in a chariot with a pair of horses. Then the watchman said, Babylon is fallen, Babylon is fallen. All the idols of Babylon like lie broken on the ground. So many of you, the cities and the communities that God is calling you to that are connected to your assignment, you will be bringing down those idols. There are certain idols there that you are going to be bringing down with the implementation of what he is calling you to do in that land. Okay. And so God is saying assume your position. Assume your position. He has called you to be a watchman in your city. Okay. And so that's all I have for now.
